Permit Automation and Tracking

Our user interface is designed to make the collecting and display your data quick and consistent in every module. Our point and click navigation is organized by permitted facility (grouped under: stationary, mobile, and un-permitted). Each module has a node under permitted facility with its documents. Selecting a node causes the user interface for that module to be displayed. All modules are displayed in our single user interface and include tabs for document specific data, notes, files, and document generation (where applicable), equipment, associated rules, and actions.
Document creation is accomplished using Microsoft Word’s mail merge feature, each module that generates a document, can have one or more merge templates defined to create its final document. Mail merge templates can be shared among modules to lower time to production and a higher return on investment. Inter-user updates are accomplished using proprietary code, allowing changes by one user to appear to all other users within seconds.
Document relationships are tracked and integrated into the program using our imbedded file browser, (complete with drag and drop support and inter-user updates) for directly related documents and for externally linked files the database. Our expression processor allows you to change key aspects of the program including how items are displayed on the facility navigation list, and in addition to the content of your output files the names and locations of each type of file in your facility structure.
